Today the Hushed Casket is a thriving community of gamers, playing together and publishing news and stories that have appeared in major media properties like Newsweek, G4TV, USA Today, and Penny Arcade. Marty O'Donnell, audio extraordinaire for Bungie, has this to say:

If I was a fan of Halo...
I would stop right now ever looking at any Halo promotional material (not directly coming from Bungie) and I would stop going to Halo forums. I'd probably turn off my internet tubes.

I'm the kind of fan that likes my entertainment unspoiled. We at Bungie would love to be able to control everything out there but we can't.

Go hide under a rock, and have fun when you come out on September 25th.

I was hoping THX could be a Halo 3 Spoiler-Free zone until Sept. 25th. I'm not saying I don't want stories like this posted, but I think it'd be better if there were no hints in the title and you had to click "read more" to see any spoiler material.

All in the name of being pleasantly surprised come September 25th. If I'm the only one who feels this way, I'll shut up.
