Final Boss cuts Walshy

Final Boss has released Walshy from their Halo 3 team according to the MLGPro website. This is probably the biggest roster change in Halo history. Orge 1 and 2 have been with Walshy since the glory days of Halo Combat Evolved.

You have to wonder why such a cut was made. Sometimes a brand is more important than performance. This tells me that Walshy's in-game performance wasn't the major factor in his release.

Yeah, Walshy was team captain for FB. He is playing for Instinct at the moment (Walshy, Lunchbox, Roy, & Soviet). After Walshy got dropped, a flood of team changes cascaded through the top 5 teams. A lot of people got greedy and screwed over long time friends and teammates, but it looks like things are finally settling down for now.

It's funny, in the story, the editor says:

"...the Halo community anxiously awaits the answers to many questions that have been raised. Who will fill in for Walshy as the fourth player on Final Boss? Which team will Walshy join up with for the next event?"

He conveniently skips over the greatest question: Why did Walshy leave?

Ive been seeing videos of scrims with the new Fb and tD which Fb was getting crushed they have no team br, their individual skill was crap because i watched Mackeo out br every SINGLE person on their team every he came in contact. And lets face it SK, and especially fearitself, and hysteria have some of the best individual skill in the game so their better than mackeo. I CAN NOT see Fb taking any tournament let alone placing top 2. Their top 3 at best if they can beat instint which i HIGHLY DOUBT they will. They have NO chance against Str8 or tD.

I've been observing team changes over the past few weeks...I think Mintz makes a great point about skipping over the REAL question...and I wouldn't count on an answer anytime soon.
