Anyone else think this movie pwnd?!?! I loved it! So much better than Spiderman, not quite Batman Begins, but still awesome! I can't wait to see the next one, just hope they don't screw it up!

I forgot that Iron Man was even out. I might try to check it out sometime this week.

From the previews, this looks likes like a pretty silly movie. However, lots of people in my social graph are raving about it. So, I'll see it if I'm in the mood for a movie.

I loved it. I'm probably seeing it again. Definitely way better than Spider-Man.
I had no desire to see this
I had no desire to see this movie based on the trailers I saw at the theater. It totally surprised me. I saw it again last night, it was still awesome.

I haven't seen it.
I haven't seen it. Apparently it's not just a good super-hero movie, it's a good movie, period. There's also something at the end of the credits.

Movie was excellent. I'm not going to see it again in the theater, but I enjoyed it more than many other comic book movies such as Spiderman and The Punisher. Wasn't up to the level of Batman Begins, but what is?

I think it was better than Spiderman as well. I await the sequel!
The first Batman > Batman
The first Batman > Batman Begins
I liked Iron Man. It was funny and had a lot of action. I thought RDJ did a great job acting. I won't see it again, but it was definitely one of my favorite comic book movies. I didn't like any of the Spiderman movies, so of course Iron Man was better.

I have really come to hate
I have really come to hate Spiderman. Iron Man was a genuinely good movie regardless of it's comic book associations. Batman Begins is in the same boat, but Batman Begins is even better.

Yes, Jeff Bridges was great.

This is true. He was a very
This is true. He was a very good villain, you almost wish he wasn't bad at first, but then you really start to hate him.
The one line that sticks in my mind, though, is the one where Tony uses his flares as the guy is crushing him, and then he says (in a very retarded voice) "Very clever, Tony!". Hubcap and I have been joking about that since the first time we saw it. It sounds like he's got something in his mouth when he says it.

The amount of action is
The amount of action is perfect. I want to see more, but I'm not dissatisfied with what I did see. The action that is there is also realistic (I use the term loosely) and not over-the-top, cheesy action, which lends the movie some credibility.
Jeff Bridges' performance
Jeff Bridges' performance made the biggest impression on me. He made his character believable, without letting his acting get in the way.
I also like how they gave us just enough scenes of action, but didn't saturate the entire movie with it. *This left me wanting more, yet I didn't feel short-changed, b/c the movie had some substance to it other than the action. It was a good combination.*

hmmm... don't know why making an edit to a previous comment moved it's order in the list, but whatever.
