Looking for PCI Video Card for Dual Monitors

I have no gaming or graphics requirements whatsoever. I simply want to use dual monitors with my current desktop that is several years old. It has PCI slots (no PCI express). Am looking for recommendations on cheapest thing that fits the bill or looking to purchase any hand-me-downs you might have available.

I was thinking about our conversation the other day.

If you run two monitors via VGA you won't notice the difference that you would see between a DVI and VGA video. So, I'm thinking getting a VGA card over a DVI card might be good in your case.

Can I run dual VGA, one from mobo and one from a card?

I think you can. Might have to uncheck a box or two in the GPU's tools.
