The Hushed Casket was founded in 2002 shortly after the launch of the XBOX console. Today the Hushed Casket is a thriving community of gamers, playing together and publishing news and stories that have appeared in major media properties like Newsweek, G4TV, USA Today, and Penny Arcade. Some game developers have even referenced our guides and news to support their gamers. We don't play Halo. We LAN Halo.
Me and EA are GoWing on XBL.

Sorry I missed this. Out of town.
I was so disoriented in GoW
I was so disoriented in GoW yesterday. I was talking about "Resurrect", having trouble switching weapons, trying to use "Enhanced Vision".
The first game we were in I made my way over to the Sniper patio in the "Street" map (what's the name of that popular map with the burning cars?). I'm in the Sniper area for about 3 seconds and I get sniped from across the map. How in the world did I get sniped with the sniper rifle is right next to me?
Oh well, I put my controller down. A minute later Midnight says "you're back in the game".
I had spawned back in. I guess this was a new GoW gametype where you can spawn back into the game after you die. Ok, cool.
I made my way to sniper area and I hear this booming sound. No, not the sound of a boom shot. It was an audio effect. Then I see this glowing circle. It looked like GoW's version of King of the Hill.
So, I go into the hill and hear Midnight's audio system scaring the poop out of me (sorry about your couch, MN).
Anyway, I don't think I got any kills for the next 30 minutes.
But we had a lot of fun playing yesterday.

Yeah, that gametype was
Yeah, that gametype was strange, especially the countdown it gives when the enemy team is close to winning.
