This thread at fatwallet.com keeps a running tally of Xbox 360 games available from Amazon.com for $20 or less. Free shipping is also offered on orders of $25 or more, so you can buy two or add some cheap filler to make up the difference and get free shipping. The list of titles isn't stellar, but it's actually not that bad either. Viva Pinata and Lego Star Wars II are probably the most crowd-pleasing on the list (excluding really old titles like PGR3 and Madden 07).
