For the first time since June 19th, Adjutant Reflex has made a forum post. Over a Bungie.net the following was posted:

Was this Adjutant Reflex who previously had been overtaken by some entity? Perhaps AR is back to guide us to the next guide.
Microsoft's HALO 3 marketing campaign known as Iris has been idle for over a week now. Perhaps this posting by AR is a sign of things to come sooner rather than later.

I mean, the last post since changing his avatar was that he spoke of being a completely different AI, and that Adjutant Reflex was terminated.

Not AR, Soooooo.........Yeah...
Yeah, whoever it is said something about that they are only using AR's matrix or something. Someone also said something on the post about the posibility of something happening on the end of the new, exclusive E3 (Which is supposed to end 7/13). So there might be an announcement towards the end of E3, and/or the ARG could end (probably not the last one, but you never know, right?).
So I'm not sure if the newsletter thing for SOTA went anywhere (I was busy and forgot to try to sign up), but by the time I post, something either should be happening, or it's a dead end. I hope it's not, because the Adjutant Reflex stuff is sometimes really winded and only answers with the right questions.
...At least this thing started up again a little bit.

I sent the newsletter and the membership again to the email listed and the same error as I had received before, so still not active.
An aside that we ought to take into account, in case it becomes useful. Nairobi, Kenya is GMT+3, effectively making it 12h ahead of Redmond, WA time.
Why I think this may matter is for the moon issue that was raised. It may not open when WE have the moon, but when Voi has the moon.

Yeah, over the arg.bungie.org forums a lot of people have tried the email address and numerous others.
Note that at the bottom it says that Memberships will be reviewed at June 21st or the summer solstice. Thats already gone.
