We want your HALO 3 screenshots here. Add yours.
The Hushed Casket was founded in 2002 shortly after the launch of the XBOX console. Today the Hushed Casket is a thriving community of gamers, playing together and publishing news and stories that have appeared in major media properties like Newsweek, G4TV, USA Today, and Penny Arcade. Some game developers have even referenced our guides and news to support their gamers. We don't play Halo. We LAN Halo.
rapture recently gave his opinion on the Halo 3 beta to Newsweek.
rapture is the only one who correctly organized the Halo games' multiplayer modes from best to worst. GG. rapture is also the only one who gave his most fleshed out opinion on the beta. Good job representing the Casket. We Thexers are proud.

Actually, the article also
Actually, the article also had input from Midnight and Oculus. I just took all of the credit!
GG Newsweek
Strictly by a word count 35% of the article was solely written by me. I also edited the entire article and have phrases scattered throughout. You won't find my name on it though.
Good job all three of you.
Good job all three of you.
THX got owned
THX got owned... by rap.
Oh, and Jeff, I don't think I remember reading "Snowball's chance in hell" anywhere in the final rendition of the article. What a shame.
That's Correct
Rap does own THX. He who pays the bills owns.
Agreed
Agreed. And hopefully this uber-traffic lately is easy on the pocketbook.
Could y'all not all three
Could y'all not all three have been mentioned as authors? I guess they limited it to one person? That seems weird, why? Just curious.
Mintz, I noticed
I noticed as well that nobody else put H1 Multiplayer as #1. That's a huge surprise.
I'd have to read
I'd have to read it again, but in my initial writing, mine and Midnight's answers were very similar. EA took those, answered the first questions, used Midnight's for some of the last questions. The writer for newsweek couldn't have 40 people submitting answers to him, so he chose one person per outlet: that being Rap.
It's not really to me. Seems
It's not really to me. Seems like more and more people I talk to aren't even familiar with H1. All they know is H2, and they are obsessed with it. Most seem to be young teens that have no idea what they are missing. But I have also noticed that many of these people don't like Halo CE even if they are exposed to it. They are so into H2 that they can't even appreciate H1!
How does that work anyway?
How does that work anyway? At what point do you start making money off a website and how? Advertising? What about thx.amazon.com, how does that work?
That is a tragedy.
That is a tragedy.
It truly is a tragedy.
Long Live Thex!
Not really.
Not really.
