The Hushed Casket was founded in 2002 shortly after the launch of the XBOX console. Today the Hushed Casket is a thriving community of gamers, playing together and publishing news and stories that have appeared in major media properties like Newsweek, G4TV, USA Today, and Penny Arcade. Some game developers have even referenced our guides and news to support their gamers. We don't play Halo. We LAN Halo.
The GRAW 2 PC multiplayer beta signups are supposed to be coming in early April sometime (This month). I'm not sure what regions are going to be allowed into the beta, but I would hope with such a large market in the US, some might get in. The announcement comes off of their UK website here: http://ghostrecon.uk.ubi.com/
GRAW 2 for the 360 has some of the best graphics I've seen in a game, the controls take some getting used to, but for the PC I suspect a predictable control scheme. The beta will showcase a new map 'CALAVERA' that is only available on the PC version of the game.
According to an IGN interview GRAW 2 PC has been developed separately from the 360 version, and as such will also have some features that would not have been possible on the 360.

I must say I'm pretty upset...
Why wasn't GRAW2 released on both platforms at the same time?
Hopefully these new features that IGN talks about will have been worth the wait.
I'll give it a try to
I'll give it a try to benchmark my system. But, I don't plan on ever owning a game of GRAW again for any platform.
Do you
Do you have a reason, or just not enough time?
I would rather play
I would rather play fast-paced games where accuracy and quick decision making are key. Anything under the speed of HALO doesn't match my playing style. I didn't care much for the GRAW1. It was fun playing online with some THX'ers, though. Still, I have no interested in GRAW2.
Shwat?
I agree GRAW2 is on the
I agree GRAW2 is on the slower side of Halo. It's a little upsetting when you can see things happening but your character can't respond as fast you want him to execute. I've said before I don't like the mega-fast games like Quake and UT, but perhaps GRAW is a little slow.
In GRAW, you can miss shots
In GRAW, you can miss shots and the consequences will be a lot less sever than if you miss in HALO or other games.
I like playing on a team with tactics. But I don't like near real-world sims.
Quake, Halo PC, Graw
Quake is insane, it makes me dizzy if I haven't played it in a while. I simply have not gotten to the level of speed that is required to hold your own in that game. That's why I enjoy the 1 shot twitch killing of Rails only games. It's less to keep track of.
I played Halo PC for the first time a couple days ago, liked it. Now that it's like 10 bucks or something, I think I'll buy it.

By the way, I bought my copy of Halo for around twenty dollars. It's pretty cheap now. If you have Xfire, we should play it together if you decide to get it.
