The Hushed Casket was founded in 2002 shortly after the launch of the XBOX console. Today the Hushed Casket is a thriving community of gamers, playing together and publishing news and stories that have appeared in major media properties like Newsweek, G4TV, USA Today, and Penny Arcade. Some game developers have even referenced our guides and news to support their gamers. We don't play Halo. We LAN Halo.

XBOX.com has the first trailer for GTAIV. XBOX.com also listed the release date at October 16, 2007 on the GTAIV game page. (download .zip archive of trailer from xbox.com)
I have to say that the in-game graphics looks very good, especially for there to be so many moving avatars and characters on screen. I'll give this game a close look once the release date nears.

Hellz yeah!
Although I can't help but feel GTA's graphics have always appeared slightly out-dated, this game doesn't look too bad.
I'm excited.
I'm not a GTA fan so I don't
I'm not a GTA fan so I don't know the answer to this question: Have we ever seen GTA in Hi-Def?
Perhaps that's the difference. An HD signal might make anything look better. From the GTA that I've seen in the past, it's always been on a SD tube TV.
This is the first GTA
This is the first GTA iteration made for PS3/Xbox 360, so yes, it should be the first HD GTA.
Also remember that the game is tracking events everywhere in the city simultaneously, perhaps requiring a few less polygons. It's got better graphics than the original GTA 3, and that had me hooked. Let's hope the gameplay is as good.
Rap, you actually played GTA 3/ VC/ SA and didn't like it? Just never heard anyone simply not like it.
I didn't like it either...
I played GTA 3 a little, but I really just didn't like the concept very much. It was kinda like Crackdown in that the only enjoyable aspect of the game was seeing what you could do, and that gets boring very quickly.
I will probably give this iteration a closer look, but I don't see myself buying it at the moment.
I've never played any other
I've never played any other GTA game for more than an hour, but I'm looking forward to this one.
People have wondered if the protagonist is Russian or Middle-Eastern. I'm in the Russian camp.
I'll vote for Eastern
I'll vote for Eastern European, including Russia. There's a lot of 'stans he could be from.
