Be undead

The Hushed Casket was founded in 2002 shortly after the launch of the XBOX console. Today the Hushed Casket is a thriving community of gamers, playing together and publishing news and stories that have appeared in major media properties like Newsweek, G4TV, USA Today, and Penny Arcade. Some game developers have even referenced our guides and news to support their gamers. We don't play Halo. We LAN Halo.

Shadowrun trailer from Microsoft.com

Submitted by rapture on Wed, 02/28/2007 - 8:28pm.

Some of you are curious about Shadowrun. This trailer isn't really public right now except for the fact that I'm linking you to it.

That is massive win.

I hate to burst your bubble

I hate to burst your bubble there rap, but I downloaded this same trailer from GameTrailers.com yesterday around 9ish, so while it might not have been very public when you linked it, it's more definitely public now :).

Sweet, I watched that trailer on my 360 because I saw it was 720p, and I must say it looks really good.

Shadowrun hands on preview

http://kotaku.com/gaming/gdc07/gdc07-shadowrun-handson-242102.phpu.com/gaming/gdc07/gdc07-shadowrun-handson-242102.php

This preview tells a little about the history of the series that I had no idea about. Here's a cool quote about the XBL on PC functionality.

"After much talking and many questions, I finally got a chance to play the game. They had it running simultaneously on a PC and an Xbox 360, with the PC running Windows Live. For some reason seeing the Xbox Live blades on a PC was very odd, but the two integrated seamlessly. I played a few rounds on both machines, and I'm going to have to give the thumbs up to the PC controls over the 360 controls. Much more precise using good old mouse and keyboard I'm afraid."

It looks like Microsoft is going to be using it to launch their Windows Live service. Much like they used GoW to be a killer app of the 360, they want Shadowrun to be the killer app of Windows Live.

The new patch for this game

The new patch for this game comes out tonight. I guess I won't be enjoying the beautiful Alabama weather tomorrow.
