Let me tell you all a story. Its part of my past I try hide, there are only few left alive who know about it. Years ago I was involved in a project with a group of geneticists; our objective was to impregnate a group of unsuspecting women with young male fetuses. I won’t go into details, but Mrs. Webber was chosen as one of those women. The fetuses were altered so that the children, when they were born, would have an unusually strong attraction to extremely younger females. We would monitor the children as they grew and see how this effected there growth and later their love lives. Unfortunately the project was shut down soon after the birth of many of the children, but I took it upon myself to watch over Andy, and continue my research. I'm sorry, Andy. It is my fault.
