Alabama's First LAN Center, HALO tournaments every month !!

i.Connect Zone, Internet Cafe is the first LAN center in the state of Alabama, and are now proud to announce our HALO/HALO 2 tournaments.
The facility is packed with dozens of computers, 8 XBOX 360'S ON HUGE TV'S.
We carry multiple copies of all the latest games on both the PC\'s and XBOX\'s, including HALO/HALO2, COD2, PDZ, DOA, etc...
ALL HALO TOURNAMENTS ARE FOR CASH PRIZES, FIRST PRIZE WINNER GET 70% OF PROCEEDINGS, SECOND PRIZE GETS 30%, THIRD PRIZE GETS A REFUND. TOURNAMENT ENTRY RANGES FROM $5-15 DEPENDING ON THE AMMOUNT OF PEOPLE PRE-REGISTERED. REGISTRATION ON THE DAY OF THE TOURNAMENT WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL $5, AND DOES NOT GO TOWARDS PROCEEDINGS.
We also host tournaments at the BJCC, Best Buy, as well as CompUSA. We are still talking to the district manager of EBGAMES/GAMESTOP to hold and advertise tournaments with them.

Directions:
We are on Highway 280, if you are traveling on i-459, you get off at the hwy 280 exit, and travel east for about 4-5 miles, make a right onto doug baker blvd. The shopping complex consists of: Publix, Acedemy sports, Walgreens, Hobby Lobby, Panera Bread, Wings, THE RAVE MOTION PICTURES, Cold Stone Creamery.

Wow I am happy about this. Around here no one has tournaments anymore, topp games just quit and besides that we don\'t have very many LAN\'s so this looks like a good opportunity to own some punks.
Well, Top Games stopped because they are next door to us! He didn\'t see a point of holding anymore tournaments since we exsist.

I\'ve heard from more than one person that Rave is actually much better than Regal Cinemas. But that really isn\'t hard to do... can\'t wait til the one near me opens!
Ditto. The new rave is going to own - if for nothing else, the parking. Parking at the HW18 is terrible.
Are the majority of the tournaments going to be Halo 1 or 2, or do you know?
The majority of the tournaments are Halo 1, but at the same time we also do some Halo 2 tournaments. It all depends on how many people sign up, and what the response is.

I havent heard about any tourny\'s. I havent even heard about this LAN center since this guy advertised.
I got a date for a tourny. Cash Prizes also. This Saturday 6-24-2006 at the iconnect lan center. Sorry for the short notice i just found out today. I dont know the specific time i will find out and edit.

I agree. The business model works in the first year if someone doesn't have to spend a ton of money on rent.
What are people waiting on? Huntsville to NOT be ranked the best place to live and work year after year?
