Forty twits/day? No thanks. I personally think Twitter is best used when you DO SOMETHING that is OUT of the ordinary. e.g. I don't think you should be telling people you're eating breakfast, you should be telling people you're walking around Panoply; you shouldn't be telling people you're channel-surfing, you should be telling people about the new restaurant you're attending, etc.
