The Hushed Casket was founded in 2002 shortly after the launch of the XBOX console. Today the Hushed Casket is a thriving community of gamers, playing together and publishing news and stories that have appeared in major media properties like Newsweek, G4TV, USA Today, and Penny Arcade. Some game developers have even referenced our guides and news to support their gamers. We don't play Halo. We LAN Halo.

That's pretty interesting.
That's pretty interesting. I suppose the fact that console manufacturers take a loss on hardware means cheap processors for interested consumers. However, it's kind of strange that the military couldn't source just the processor for cheaper than an entire PS3. I would think that the processor alone isn't $400 and that shipping costs for entire consoles vs. processors alone would further drive the cost up. Do they need the rest of the PS3 for some reason?
