My husband and I both had

My husband and I both had launch boxes, and both of us had to send them back. In stead of fixing our boxes like they promised, they sent us refurbished boxes...now my husbands is starting to crap out again. I also belong to a private group of XBox gamers and out of 80 of us, 76 have had to have their XBoxes replaced multiple times...one poor guy just sent his in for the FIFTEENTH TIME!
