The Hushed Casket was founded in 2002 shortly after the launch of the XBOX console. Today the Hushed Casket is a thriving community of gamers, playing together and publishing news and stories that have appeared in major media properties like Newsweek, G4TV, USA Today, and Penny Arcade. Some game developers have even referenced our guides and news to support their gamers. We don't play Halo. We LAN Halo.

@MasterKim: I think
@MasterKim: I think Midnight is talking about being innovative on a console and when comparing CoD4 360 to Halo 3 360. Yeah, all that stuff has been around for 20 years on a PC. But, you don't see that every day on the console. Bungie essentially created a pseudo peer-to-peer filesharing application that is integrated with Bungie.net and Windows Live. CoD4 has problems networking two gamers together in a multi-player party. CoD4 360 lacks the innovation that we saw with Halo 3.
Hrmm, although it's hopping across platform lines, when you compare Halo 3 to CoD4 for the PC, Halo 3 loses even more of its appeal. It suddenly doesn't seem so innovative.
Forge is innovative when you talk about the UI. The way Bungie presents Forge on the screen and makes it easy to use is innovative. Now, the direct output of Forge isn't that advanced. But the act of using Forge is.
"Halo 3 is as if it were downloadable content for Halo 2".
