I would guess neck and neck. COD4 on 360 was the best selling video game on any system during December 07. I'm guessing that big month finally turned into XBL Gold memberships that put COD4 over the top. It may even be a one week wonder. I'm actually hoping it will be interesting to review the numbers each week when Major Nelson releases them. H3 will surely get the nod when the next DLC maps are released, and COD4 will probably take it back after the much awaited patch (that's been almost 3 months in the making).
