The Hushed Casket was founded in 2002 shortly after the launch of the XBOX console. Today the Hushed Casket is a thriving community of gamers, playing together and publishing news and stories that have appeared in major media properties like Newsweek, G4TV, USA Today, and Penny Arcade. Some game developers have even referenced our guides and news to support their gamers. We don't play Halo. We LAN Halo.

Get notified of game nights and important THX announcements via the hushedcasket Twitter account. You can get the messages on your cell phone, through email, Facebook, and many other ways. Here's how it goes down.
Twitxr seems cool. But, I
Twitxr seems cool.
But, I can do the same thing with Facebook Mobile. I can take pics on my phone and upload them to Facebook and they'll be in a special "mobile photos" page/feed.
If I wanted them to appear in Twitter, I could then setup Twitterfeed to show them in Twitter.
The future web is going to be about API's and data portability so I want my digital presence at least in the same place right now or in a place that will allow data portability. Twitxr's very cool but right now I can't afford yet another social networking site.
BTW: I did some researching and it appears Facebook offers almost all the same features as Twitter (notifications, following per friend, replies, etc.). However, their API isn't as open so getting updates (like we do with the @live feature) would be difficult with Facebook. Really impressed with Facebook Mobile application, though.
