Now i think the only way to easily kill a noob tuber is snipe him with this following combo.
dragunov with acog
any pistol
perk one is bandoiler
perk two is stopping power
perk three is deep impact.
i pick this because you don't have that big of a blow back so you can do a rapid fire and you realy don't have to steady the barrel.
