The Hushed Casket was founded in 2002 shortly after the launch of the XBOX console. Today the Hushed Casket is a thriving community of gamers, playing together and publishing news and stories that have appeared in major media properties like Newsweek, G4TV, USA Today, and Penny Arcade. Some game developers have even referenced our guides and news to support their gamers. We don't play Halo. We LAN Halo.

I went to a GameCrazy and there were like forty-something people there. There was a Halo 2 tournament inside the store in celebration of Halo 3, on three Xboxen with big-ass HDTVs. I did respectably, but we all lost to a kid who was like ten-years-old á la Lil Poison, although, perhaps unfairly. He was double-shotting and using the noob combo, and the games were unupdated. Having to melee someone five times in order to kill them is frustrating; the game is just so unbalanced without patches. Well, even more so. Plus, I'm very accustomed to using the 360 gamepad.
Anyways, it was a bunch of fun. My friends made fun of me for buying the Legendary Edition; they said like I was wasting $120 for "a helmet."
