Hopefully I will be able to make it, but will have to see what my work schedule is for that week.

Equipment:
- X360
- H3
- 2 wireless controllers
- personal monitor (if needed)
- all the Cat5 cables you will ever need.
- Extension cords, power strips, etc

Are you talking about just standard VGA cables, like for computer monitors? I can get a bunch of 6', and can make longer if needed.

I might be able to score a nice projector and a sound system (mixer, amp, speakers, etc). I'll have to ask around.
