Thanks for the quick response, guys. I have updated the attendance and equipment roster. Please check your individual roster. I might have made minor changes. For instance, I reduced Slayer's camp chair count to 2. There's no reason for anyone to bring more than two camp chairs. I also removed the question marks on JDogg's switch, because it is definitely needed. I will never roger you up for more equipment than you volunteer, but I may reduce the number of things needed or confirm that a tentative item is needed. I also added some question marks that I need answered, mainly on VGA cables.

Right now 360s and VGA cables are the critical items. For once we have many excellent displays available. Have also added the following info to the main post:

After you have confirmed attendance and what equipment you will bring I will edit the second post of this thread titled "Attendance and Equipment Roster." Use this post as gospel for what you should bring. Don't worry, I won't put anything on there you didn't volunteer.
