You don’t have to “worry

You don't have to "worry about" console manufacturers releasing a new and better version. You got and still have exactly what you agreed to pay for. You (and I) decided that a Premium was worth $399 with no HDMI and we bought it when it was available and used it for almost two years. So be it.

I think what you're really saying is "I really wish I had _____ instead of ______." Welcome to life, and may I suggest calling the Whambulance.
