This is real or else one seriously elaborate prank. It's not just Craigslist with the posting, or windows expo, which has a load of postings by a guy called Flood Master. Yahoo Classified's has it too.

Also, what the heck are echolocations supposed to be? some kind of device?

Hey, that could actually explain the echo effects on the recording at the beginning and end, couldn't it?
