Array Recoder idea

I looked over the page but didn't find anything, so I hope this isn't a repost...

I think that the Array_Recorder_Data.txt file from http://206.16.223.61/E5h2JK/flash/web/index.html chronicles the forerunner's last moments. At the end, the
Rings online…_{Activate}

section makes me wonder if this is the Forerunner's last stand.

Also, the reference(s) to "the parasite". The Covenant say that, don't they?
