Looks like the skulls are back.

I'm extremely glad the phrase "triple kill" went unmolested.

Glad to see that completing the campaign on higher levels also unlocks achievements for completing it on lower levels. Some games (eg Quake 4) don't do this.

Wonder what the "campaign meta game" is and how you score points.
