That is the biggest lie I've seen on a forum board in my life. Your brothers, sisters, friends, and cousins work for Bungie...and you can't even spell September right...I actually joined a custom game that one of my xbl friends had created, and i got the create custom games option on my box until I shut it off. So, it's obviously not a mod, because mods don't transfer over live...you fail.
