Find the make and model of your equipment. Go to the manufacturers website and search for the users manual. Read the manual to discover the IP address you must enter to access the administration page.

There is a small chance that the IP address was changed to something other than that mentioned in the manual. If you don't mind losing the settings that you may or may not have already entered into the router, you can reset the router to the factory defaults. For directions on how to do that, read the manual.
